…In April 2023, 1 wasn't able to exercise or work as a nurse because of reduced range of motion and chronic pain. Sonyta worked along side my physiotherapist in order to create a program for my recovery and reach my goal to get back to marathon running. Today, I'm lifting heavy weights, and completing exercise programs safely and pain free! ….I am very happy that I also signed up for training with Sonyta. I have learned a great deal about exercise and balance, from proper set up to execution. She has  met all of my targets and expectations.
